The e-cigs is bad for you, isn't it?

Before finding answers and solving the above subject, we need to know some information as follows:
With the advent of e-cigarettes, nicotine users can now get their "nicotine fix" without ingesting the thousands of other chemicals that are found in cigarettes. Research indicates that nicotine alone is not a cancer-causing chemical and is, in fact, cognitively enhancing. So, it would now seem that perhaps nicotine can be reintroduced to the public as a helpful, rather than terribly harmful, drug.

I remember that there was a relative told me about his status that: " I know nothing about their health effects but I used them to quit smoking quite successfully. I was not a heavy smoker, 2 pack per week, but I was having a hard time quitting none the less. I would get cranky after going a couple hours without one and this was particularly bad for my parenting. I never smoked in front of my kid but if it had been a while since my last fix my patience would get super thin.

I tried just smoking half a cigarette at a time but I hated coming back to half a smoke and it just seemed wasteful to throw it away. Really what I wanted was just a couple puffs to take the edge off but I would end up sticking around for the whole thing. Enter e-cigarettes.

A co-worker of mine picked up a disposable e-cig and gave it to me because he knew I was trying to quit. At first I would smoke it much like a cigarette, taking a 10 minute break to take a dozen or more puffs. Then I started keeping it my car and just taking one or two puffs before I got out. I did this for a few weeks and steadily weened myself off the nicotine. I never even finished the e-cig and was able to give it to another friend who was trying to quit. After getting over the embarrassment factor she finished it, bought one more and quit for good"  t was a success and a good news to help him quit smoking successfully.
In my opinion, E-cigarettes are not legally tagged as smoking cessation devices but they are far better in feel and taste than other approved smoking cessation tools. Millions have adopted vaping and completely cut down on inhaling tobacco cigarettes because it is actually effective. Few researches have been made to know if they are harmful in any way but no solid facts or base have been brought out to prove it. Excess of everything is bad, e-cigarettes are no exception but they are far better than tobacco filled traditional cigarettes.
Besides, For those trying to quit smoking, electronic cigarette can prove to be a great alternative. But before you decide to buy, make sure you read a trustworthy e cigs review to find which brands and flavours will suit you best. Electronic Cigarettes aren't actually bad. Because of the controversy surrounding inventions like this one, people are likely to come across a lot of information online that has a strong opinion about the use of the electronic cigarette. When searching for accurate reviews, you will want to avoid websites that are either promoting or fighting the product. Always do your research when searching for electronic cigarettes, as you will want to choose a product that provides you with the best value for money.

Does early stages of lung cancer show up in a chest x-ray?

There are so many first manifestation of lung cancer, you should go to meet a doctor to get the most accurate results if you have the following symptoms:
If you are of young age let's say below 50 years old and you don't have other risk factors for lung cancer such as cigarette smoking, family history, etc, I wouldn't be worried about lung cancer especially after a negative chest x-ray. The size of the cancer lesion also determines if it will show up on x-ray or not. That's why very early stages won't show up on x-ray. Also, it is common to find a small solitary nodule lesion on chest x-ray and if upon follow-up it doesn't increase in size it's nothing to worry about as some of these lesions happen due to a healed infections and are thus normal.
As for the blood, I would like to ask you if you recently quit smoking? If you did do so, then the blood is most likely from rebuilding of capillary vessels in your respiratory tract lining. This is because when you quit smoking, new healthy capillaries start to grow to make up for the damaged epithelium lining the smoking had caused. In other words, it's a sign of good healthy repair. These capillaries are fragile in the beginning and can bleed easily such as by coughing. So, it can show up as blood. I was in college when I quit smoking, and a few weeks later I noticed blood in my sputum, and I was freaking out. Well that was the cause, it was healthy repair of my respiratory lining. Which is a good thing.
Bottom line is that after a negative chest x-ray I would not worry about lung cancer. If you are a heavy alcoholic or binge drinker, then you can get it checked out as well by a physician as there are also other causes of blood in sputum. But if you indeed recently quit smoking, I would rest assured and sleep peacefully and make sure I don't have worsening bleeding in my sputum over the coming weeks, I would also look out for any signs of infection such as fever, and I would stay away from smoking and alcohol, and I would not force myself to cough just to forcefully bring out sputum to examine it, as this would further damage the small capillaries that are rebuilding and recovering your epithelial lining.

How many lobes are there in each lung?

Surely, many of us know a little about the structure of the lungs, but in particular, we understand is unclear about " How many lobes are there in each lung? and What are they?" , the following I would like to provide a little useful information about the lobes of the lungs as follows:

The right lung (the larger of the two) has 3 lobes. The horizontal fissure separates the superior lobe from the middle lobe, while the right oblique fissure separates the middle and inferior lobes. The smaller left lung only has 2 lobes.
The right lung (the larger of the two) has 3 lobes.
1. Superior lobe.

2.Middle lobe.

3.Inferior lobes.

The horizontal fissure separates the superior lobe from the middle lobe, while the right oblique fissure separates the middle and inferior lobes.

The smaller left lung only has 2 lobes.

 1.Superior.

2.Inferior.

These two lobes are separated by the left oblique fissure.
In addition to the below correct answers, there are variations in the anatomy of the lobes (and segments) across individuals, for example, an azygous lobe formed by the incomplete resorption of the path of migration of the azygous vein

Does Alcohol cause lung cancer?

There are many causes of lung cancer is not just due to alcohol. Which includes:

  1. Smoking - Many people think it's cool to smoke, but Lung cancer is just 5-6 years away from your .5-1 pack a day.
  2. Environmental and indoor pollution - dusty cities, passive smoke, vehicular smoke, industrial smoke, etc are major forerunners to Lung cancer
  3. Occupational exposure to asbestos, coal dust like factory workers or coal miners.
  4. Genetic predisposition
  5. Apart from this tobacco in any form - chewed or smoked - are important causes of Lung cancer.
Smoking causes lung cancer apart from so many other cancers.....
but alchohol isnt known to cause lung cancer unless the primary cancer is liver and secondary is in lung.
there can be metastasis to lung if there is liver cancer---after cirrhosis of liver.

Because social relationships, stoping using the stuff on it is very difficult, it can only use them limited

Additionally, The possible role of alcohol intake is of particular importance in lung cancer prevention because it is a modifiable behavior. Furthermore, the interaction of alcohol with cigarette smoking and dietary intake may be of relevance.
